Great Communities Build Great Trails!
CCCRA is well known for the Historic Courthouse/Beal Center, the summer concert series, Quanassee Path and the Cherokee Exhibit next to the Old Jail Museum. This annual meeting will highlight the CCCRA Jackrabbit Mountain Trail System project, in collaboration with the SABA (Southern Appalachian Bicycle Association)and the USFS (United States Forest Service).
Guest speakers are: Deborah Caffin, USFS Trails Programs Leader, who will share the national strategy for a sustainable trail system and what that means for Clay County; and Ed and Sophia Sutton, owners of Trail Dynamics, who will provide insight to the upcoming expansion at the popular local trail.
Everyone is welcome.
Registration begins at 5:30pm.
Bring a covered dish to share.
Tea/Water/Coffee are provided, and a cash bar is available.
