The N.C. Cooperative Extension of Clay County office is hosting a web-based summer gardening series that will take place two Wednesdays a month at lunchtime through the 2021 growing season.
These webinars will be free to attend.
This event will be held online on Wednesday, July 21st from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
This webinar will introduce participants to principles of plant disease management for organic gardens. Participants will learn about the disease triangle (plants, pathogen, environment) and best practices for preventing and managing plant disease. Some common plant pathogens of Western North Carolina and suggested management practices will be addressed during the webinar.
A zoom link will be sent out to participants upon registration.
