Reiki is a Japanese light touch technique for stress reduction and relaxation which can create a sense of peace, security and well being, as well as promoting healing. The word Reiki means "Universal life force energy". Reiki treats the whole person --- body, emotions, mind, and spirit. While spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion or belief system. Sessions are typically an hour long and may include a foot massage using essential oils.
